Dr Lisa Martin
 

Lisa specialises in assisting athletes, medical professionals, coaches, and other high-achieving individuals operating in high pressure situations and environments to access their optimal levels of performance. She also works with individuals who are facing transition in their lives (both sport-related and not) to not only identify, but move towards, a life which is more meaningful and fulfilling. Lisa works mostly with adjustment disorder,  performance anxiety, stress, burnout and performance enhancement.

Mark Simpson

Mark works well with players, coaches and managers to deliver a healthy and happy form of high performance. His special interests lie in: effective training, performance preparation, emotional regulation and dealing with anxiety and career transition, instigating healthier lifestyles. Mark was a professional athlete himself but has since retired from his sport.
